My role in Health & Safety is ensuring the Health & Safety Policy is adhered to by all throughout the organisation, I oversee the maintenance of sites, passenger lifts and vehicles. Anything that needs fixing is reported to me! Other responsibilities such as reviewing Risk Assessments, liaising with contractors to book in service checks and completing the Health & Safety Board Report, annual CHAS Audit and the CMBC Audit are also completed by me. I’m currently completing a Health & Safety IOSH Training Course, this will further assist me in my job role and develop new skills that I can use within the organisation.
