The role of Business Admin Apprentice is an opportunity for a young adult to join the team to support the wider Admin team and to learn, apply their knowledge and to share their skills. This is a role that we currently look to renew each year and rather than leading to a permanent role at The Trust, provides the employee an opportunity to understand the roles expected of an Admin Assistant and to gain crucial experience setting them up to apply for permanent positions elsewhere. The roles include answering the phone, passing on messages, general filing, typing and paperwork.
