Spacious and Relaxing
Due to our ever increasing numbers and popularity of our services we have additional premises at Clay House in West Vale. The building is a Jacobian house dating back to the seventeenth century and it is approximately two miles away from our main centre in King Cross. The additional building affords us the space and comfort to maintain a quality level of service without compromising the needs of individual Next Steppers.
The centre at King Cross was becoming very busy at times, so now a core number of Next Steppers will be based at the new premises but will still access their regular variety of activities along with additional facilities available at the new site. Next Steppers from both buildings will maintain regular mutual contact when accessing joint activities such as going bowling, swimming, cycling and hydrotherapy sessions. Our selection of transport means we can easily manage the links between both sites with little disruption to peoples’ timetables, person-centred plans and routines.
Clay House has the additional advantage of having safe outside space for individuals who need that as an element of their support.
