Lead Support Workers
We have 4 Lead Support Workers at the moment. Our dedicated Lead Support staff oversee, guide and direct the support staff team to best support our Next Steppers in a person centred manner. They are responsible for helping to lead day-to-day organisation of activities, administrative duties, and supporting individual Next Steppers to make the most of their day.
Lead Brief Support Workers
We have 5 Lead Brief Support Workers who offer support and guidance to the support team and are responsible for helping to lead day-to-day organisation of activities.
Additional Lead roles
Additional Lead roles include Moving & Handling Lead, Autism Lead, Medication Lead, and Communication Lead. Each Lead brings specialized knowledge and expertise, offering valuable guidance to the support team when needed. They also introduce new processes, develop visual aids, and provide practical tools to ensure our team can deliver the highest quality support to the Next Steppers.
