Our Moving and Handling Lead works alongside Helen Lane (Operations Manager) to ensure that all risk assessments, staff training and the equipment we use are up to date and appropriate for all of our Next Steppers. They oversea activities, such as Rebound, Sailing and Hydro, to implement correct health and safety for Next Steppers and staff alike. They also work in close partnership with the District Physiotherapist and other professionals to make sure all postural management needs are met and reviewed on a regular basis.
