Where we are based

Our day services run across three centres…

Hoover

Hoover Building

Our largest centre, the Hoover Building, is situated just off the Halifax flyover and serves as our main hub. As the heart of our operations, it houses our central offices and provides a dedicated space for our training courses. Its scale and facilities also enable us to deliver a wide range of in-house activities including our newly developed Rebound facility.

King Cross

King Cross

Our first centre, King Cross, holds a special place in our history. We began here in just two rooms and have since expanded to occupy the entire site. This centre now features our own hydrotherapy pool and is home to our primary sensory facilities, including two state-of-the-art sensory rooms and a high-spec ball pool. It remains a cornerstone of our organisation, combining heritage with cutting-edge resources. It is also home to a recently developed Evergreen Garden, which features a wheelchair-accessible swing.

Clare Road

Our smallest centre, Friends Meeting House, is conveniently located on Clare Road in the heart of Halifax town centre. Despite its more intimate size, it serves as a vibrant hub of activity and offers easy access to the amenities and opportunities available in the town centre.
