Our Day Service Coordinator oversees the daily running of the day service with support from the Lead Support workers.

They plan and implement the weekly rota and keep a check on the rotation of activities and the roles of the Support Workers.

Working closely alongside the management team they coordinate the use of transport, training requirements of the support staff, plan transition and introduction of new Next Steppers and also help coordinate the Respite Service in conjunction with our Respite Lead.
