Established by parents it's objective is to provide a comprehensive day service provision along with other services as required by the individuals we support. Next Steppers and staff alike had a brilliant week at The Lakes Calvert Trust, we enjoyed horse riding, hydrotherapy, abseiling, climbing and a disco amongst other activities. We had a fantastic week spent with friends, a huge thank you to Calvert for having us, we are already looking forward to our next holiday!

A Little Bit More About Us

The Next Step Trust is a charity and not for profit organisation established in 2006. Starting with three Next Steppers we have since expanded to provide our services over four different bases.

The Next Step Trust is registered with CQC to provide domiciliary/home care and sit in services.

We are on Calderdale Council’s approved provider list for Day Services and for Domiciliary Care Services.

We have been fortunate to be recognised over the last 12 years with various awards and continue to lead the way on supporting individuals with profound and complex needs in living fulfilling lives.
