The Next Step Trust is a charity (not for profit) developed primarily for the benefit of our Next Steppers and in order to deliver the best service that we can, we need the best staff team that we can get. We have no paid trustees, directors or paid shareholders, it really is all about our Next Steppers.

Our aim is to have the best terms and conditions to make sure that we can recruit and keep the best staff on our team.
