My principal role as Respite Lead is to maintain the smooth running of our respite house.

I am very proud and feel privileged to have been given the opportunity to develop this very important facility which has been a dream for us all at Next Step for a long time.

I feel it is so important to offer a consistent and familiar environment so that everyone who uses our facility receives the same warm friendly and professional service they have come to expect from our other day service provisions. I ensure that transitions to the house are carried out to the highest of standards with all appropriate procedures being implemented.

Hand-in-hand with my own personal development my aim is to continue supporting individuals as they progress in their lives.
