As the school holidays approach, transition begins

As the end of the school year is approaching there are young people wondering what will their next steps be? What will the future bring? We are a registered Day Service Provider in Calderdale offering support to adults with complex health needs, learning disabilities and Autism. We are currently enjoying getting to know our newest Next Steppers who are popping in to say hello and to have a nosey around seeing what we are up to and if they might like to spend some more time with us in the future.
