We have updated our Values

It is important to us that our Values are an accurate reflection of the support that we provide every day at Next Step. We have all overcome many personal and organisational difficulties in the past 2 years and had to adapt to continue to meet the needs of our Next Steppers and their families, whether this was providing home support, supporting at the Day Service or keeping in touch with those that were shielding.
